K.N.K CONCRETE EXPRESS
K.N.K. Concrete Express, Inc. was formed in 2003 by Kerri and Karl Bontrager to perform quality residential work. At the time Karl was at the helm of Hill & Wilkinson's Commercial Concrete Division. Towards the end of 2004 K.N.K. Concrete Express began performing small commercial repair projects for some of the smaller General Contractors in the Dallas area. In 2008 the target market projects were $300,000 and below. In 2009 K.N.K. Concrete has raised the project value target market to $1,000,000 and below. K.N.K. Concrete Express believes that doing fewer projects "managed well" is the correct way to build a business and client relationships. Well managed projects provide two key aspects we believe in: A more profitable project for K.N.K. Concrete Express, Inc.; and a smoother project for the General Contractor with less scope gaps and headaches.
